Do you have a child in year 2 at primary school? If the answer is yes, they will be taking the national curriculum tests, also known as SATs, in May 2017.

In order to measure our performance and assess the quality of our provision, BEP was inspected by an independent organisation on Saturday the 3rd December 2016, the inspection ran for the whole day.

I discovered the Saturday school by accident when I was asked to visit the school for a review. I was impressed at how the children were progressing and the enthusiasm the teachers have to see the children achieved higher grades.

If your child is between 5 and 16 and in ‘maintained’ or state school, they are being taught the National Curriculum, a document that sets out the subjects and assessment strategy for children in years 1-11.

This initiative will enable parents to get involve in their children’s learning. By making sure that all parents provide all resources and equipment needed by their children for learning.

BEP Education is constantly exploring opportunities for partnership and collaborative working with external organisations. Few months ago we brought in Birkbeck University of London as partners with BEP.

They got on such warm summer evening. Students, parents and dignitaries were invited to join us on our Barnfield Education Project achievement and award evening on Friday 22nd July 2016 at Barnfield Hub at 7:00pm.

To effectively support and improve on the academic achievement of our students, we consider home - school partnership as an integral part of our teaching and learning process.
